My drawings to honor Peace quickly developed into tributes to Relationship, and this drawing pays homage to the mysterious relationship between ocean and sand. These were my thoughts as I drew: Peace is like the juxtaposition between two forces of nature, dark & light, yin & yang. The balance is Peace. The co-existence is Peace. The existence in relationship to each other is Peace. Black ink on 10x10 in. acid-free drawing paper.
